Machinist specializing in machining

Do you want to join our growth journey? We have grown a lot over the past few years, but we are far from finished. Now we want to strengthen our team further and are therefore looking for a workshop worker with experience in machining.

With us, you will have a varied role working closely with production alongside experienced colleagues. We offer a workplace with a good working environment, short decision-making paths, and a corporate culture where every employee is an important part of the whole.

The job suits you who have experience from the manufacturing industry and appreciate practical and technical work where accuracy and professional pride are central. You do not need to know everything from the start – the most important thing is that you are curious, want to learn, and are self-driven in your work.

At Råda Industries, we manufacture metal components in a modern machine park for companies across several different industries. This means that no two days are alike, and we frequently work with a wide variety of parts and materials in short production runs.

About the role

In the role, you work with several aspects of machining and workshop work. The tasks are varied and require a good understanding of manufacturing documentation as well as a practical ability to handle various machining operations.

  • Engine turning
  • Manual rolling
  • Possible work in CNC milling or turning machines
  • Reading drawings and working from manufacturing documentation
  • Check measurement and quality assurance of details
  • Sandblasting

Since our customers often need customized solutions, the work is varied and requires both accuracy and problem-solving skills. The work demands both flexibility and technical know-how.

With us, you will become an important part of our production flow where several different steps are interconnected, from machining to subsequent stages in production.
