Would you like to join us on our growth journey? We at Råda Industries are a complete partner in metal processing and are currently in the midst of an exciting journey as we continue to develop our production and strengthen our customer offering. Therefore, we are now looking to welcome even more knowledgeable colleagues.
We are currently looking for an experienced CAM programmer who wants to take on a key responsibility in our machining department. With us, you will have an important role in production, a great work environment in newly renovated facilities, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to develop alongside a growing company.
We work with clients across multiple industries, where precision, quality, and traceability are important parts of everyday life. With us, you get a role with a high degree of trust where you leave your mark on how we program and prepare, and your work is directly visible in what we deliver to the customer.
About the role
You will become the lead responsible for CAM programming for our Mazak machines and a key person in the department. The role combines offline programming with hands-on work at the machines — you are equally at home in the CAM environment as on the shop floor.
Your duties include, among other things:
- Develop and optimize CAM programs in Edgecam for production-ready operation in our Mazak machines
- Select machining strategy, cutting data and tools based on part and material
- Read and interpret technical drawings with tight tolerances
- Ensure the first part meets specifications — quality assurance from preparation to finished part
- Work directly on the machines during startup, troubleshooting, and verification
- Contribute to improvement work in preparation and production flow
Our machinery in machining:
- Mazak HCN-4000: Horizontal Machining Center
- Mazak QT-250MSY: Multi-tasking turning center with milling function, Y-axis, and sub-spindle
Investment goals in personnel recruitment
- Mazak CV5-500: 5-axis machining center
About you
We believe you will thrive in a technical environment where accuracy, professional pride, and a solution-oriented mindset are natural parts of everyday life. You have solid experience in CNC machining and CAM programming and enjoy taking responsibility for your part of the production.
You are accustomed to working in a structured manner, take your own initiatives, and like to understand how the entire flow connects, from drawing to finished detail. You are unpretentious, cooperative, and happy to pitch in for colleagues when needed.
We place great emphasis on your personal qualities, how you function within the team, and your willingness to develop together with us.
Offer
We offer you a workplace with its heart in the right place where we are proud of our work. Our corporate culture is permeated by fighting spirit, humility, and accountability. For us, it is important that every employee thrives, is given the space to be themselves, and feels like an important part of the whole.
With us, you'll get:
- A key role with a high degree of personal responsibility and the mandate to shape the preparation work
- Flexible working hours
- Health and wellness allowance
- Private health insurance
- Opportunities for development
- Individual wage setting
- Work in a pleasant production environment in newly renovated premises
Working hours: Daytime Mon–Thu 07:00–16:00, Fri 07:00–14:45 with flexible hours possibilities
Employment type: Full-time, permanent with start date upon agreement
Terms of employment: The Engineering Agreement
