What a day we had on Friday! Kick-off with both Råda Industries and Råda Coating AB – full of energy, inspiration and community!
We kicked off with a wonderful breakfast, before the management team took us on an exciting journey about the company and the future. After that, we got a real eye-opener from mental coach Gunnar Söderström from Peak physical condition, which offered both inspiration and emotional moments. 
After a shared lunch, an activity awaited at On Air. Designed as a game show filled with laughter, competitive spirit, and wonderful teamwork!
We wrapped up with an After Work for those who wanted to – a perfect end to a day that provided lots of energy for the future!
