Data controller
Råda Industries AB, hereinafter referred to as Råda Industries, is the data controller for the processing of your personal data and is responsible for ensuring that such processing is carried out in a lawful manner. Information on how to contact us can be found under the heading Contact at the top of our website. This privacy policy applies to individuals who are candidates, employees, customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Different chapters will be relevant to you depending on your relationship with Råda Industries.
Råda Industries AB never discloses your personal data to third parties unless there are special reasons, see further down under the heading: Sharing of personal data outside Råda Industries.
Right to request information
If you want to know whether Råda Industries processes personal data about you, please send us a signed request. You have the right to request information about personal data processed about you at Råda Industries and to have data corrected. Please note that Råda Industries only has access to personal data necessary for the company's own operations, such as customer and supplier registers, and not data held by other authorities and companies.

Råda Industries uses cookies and pixels to improve our services, personalized advertising, and our website. A cookie is a text file that is saved in your web browser or device to remember your choices on your next visit so you do not have to provide the same information again, as well as to make the website more useful for you.

The Facebook pixel is used to evaluate, optimize, and build custom audiences for marketing purposes based on our website visitors. Facebook stores data for 6 months.
LinkedIn pixel
We use the LinkedIn Insight Tag to evaluate our LinkedIn ads. LinkedIn stores data for 6 months.
Candidate
The personal data Råda Industries processes about you as a candidate is based on the information you yourself provide to Råda Plåt via the web or through contact with Råda Industries staff for Råda Industries' provision of the Service. Råda Plåt will not process your personal data without you first giving your consent by accepting Råda Industries' Privacy Policy.
The personal data that we may process about you includes, among other things, name, address, email address, personal identity number, grades, certificates, education and work experience, photograph, test results, information from background checks, information from referees (such as assessments and health, e.g., remarks regarding sick leave), as well as information necessary for the follow-up of the Service, etc.
In the event that you agree to be photographed or, without a request from Råda Industries, submit a photograph of yourself, you consent to Råda Plåt processing such a photograph.
Råda Industries may also ask you to provide additional personal data, but in such cases, you will specifically approve this. Such personal data provided/processed through specific approval will also be covered by this Privacy Policy.
Employees
The personal data we will process about you consists of, in addition to the information specified under (Candidate), contact details for next of kin, and salary and account details, among other things.
Råda Industries may also need to process sensitive personal data about you, such as data concerning your health. Health data may, for example, need to be processed in order for Råda Industries to fulfill its obligations as an employer.
A separate appendix can be requested showing how long each document is stored and on what legal basis.
Storage of personal data
How long personal data is stored depends on what personal data it concerns and the purpose of its processing.
As a general rule, Råda Plåt will save personal data relating to:
- tasks related to the application and recruitment process, during the current year for the most recent activity and thereafter for two (2) years
-customer and supplier agreements as well as information on business events, such as information on time reports, participants, assignments, salary, invoices, tax returns, financial statements, during the term of the agreement and thereafter for seven (7) years and
- control information, until Råda Plåt's pension commitments have ceased.
Customer or supplier
Purposes of processing personal data.
Personal data is processed only for the purposes and objectives described in this Privacy Policy.
Råda Industries processes personal data only to the extent that such processing is necessary for the service/product and for services provided by suppliers to Råda Industries or for such other purposes as set out below. This also applies to sensitive personal data.
Råda Industries processes personal data regarding customers' and suppliers' employees to:
-you must be able to access the product or provide other services to Råda Industries
- administer our relationship with you - Råda Industries shall be able to manage its obligations towards you or the affected individual, handle matters regarding alleged discrimination, handle disputes and complaint matters; and
-enable future business relationships.
Customers
Råda Industries may process personal data of contact persons. Such data consists of, among other things, name, address, e-mail address, title, areas of responsibility and other information necessary for the provision and follow-up of the product as well as to enable future business relationships.
Suppliers
Råda Industries may process personal data of contact persons and other employees. Such personal data consists of, among other things, the information specified under (Customers) and (Candidate) and other information necessary for the provision and follow-up of the service/product, to ensure a good delivery of services/products to Råda Industries, and to enable future business relationships.
As a general rule, Råda Industries will save personal data that appears in:
- application and recruitment processes, during the current year for the most recent activity and thereafter for two (2) years
customer and supplier agreements as well as information on business transactions, such as information on time reports, participants, assignments, salary, invoices, tax returns, and annual accounts, during the term of the agreement and for seven (7) years thereafter.
Personal data for marketing purposes
If you no longer wish to receive marketing, you can contact us and state that you do not wish to be contacted for marketing purposes.
The protection of personal data
Råda Industries has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. To ensure that personal data is processed in a secure and confidential manner, we use data networks protected against intrusion using, among other things, industry-standard firewalls and password protection. To ensure the integrity of the personal data that you provide via the Internet, we may use encryption technology when transmitting such personal data over the Internet to our servers. Råda Plåt employees and suppliers are bound by confidentiality agreements and are required to follow Råda Plåt's rules for information and IT security, this Privacy Policy, and other internal regulations that further govern the processing of personal data.
Sharing of personal data outside of companies within Råda Industries
Råda Industries will not sell, disclose, or distribute personal data to any third party, with the exception of what is stated in this Privacy Policy. Within the framework of the service/product, personal data may be forwarded to a Råda Industries customer, suppliers, subcontractors, and partners if necessary for the execution and provision of the service/product. Råda Industries may also disclose your personal data to other third parties, such as Råda Industries' suppliers for our operations, for example for technical support, operation of IT systems, external testing companies, or suppliers handling job applications on our behalf.
Furthermore, we may disclose personal data if we are required to do so by applicable law, a court order, or if such disclosure is otherwise necessary to assist in a legal investigation.
Changes to this privacy policy
Råda Industries reserves the right to revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date of the latest amendment is indicated at the end of the Privacy Policy. If we make any changes to the Privacy Policy, we will publish these changes on the website. You are therefore advised to read this Privacy Policy regularly to take note of any changes. If we change the Privacy Policy in a way that differs materially from what was stated when your consent was collected, we will notify you of these changes and, if necessary, ask you to re-consent to Råda Industries' processing of personal data.
Personal data about you as a private customer (name, address, telephone number, and e-mail) provided in connection with a product quote request is only saved for as long as it is needed. If you respond and decline the quote, the personal data will be deleted.
Personal data about you as a private customer (name, address, telephone number, and e-mail) provided in connection with the approval of a product quote is saved only as long as necessary for administration. Since we charge for the product, the invoice documentation is saved in accordance with applicable accounting rules.
