This privacy policy applies to individuals who are candidates, employees, customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Different chapters will be relevant to you depending on your relationship with R\u00e5da Industries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Candidate<\/strong>
The personal data R\u00e5da Industries processes about you as a candidate is based on the information you yourself provide to R\u00e5da Pl\u00e5t via the web or through contact with R\u00e5da Industries staff for R\u00e5da Industries' provision of the Service. R\u00e5da Pl\u00e5t will not process your personal data without you first giving your consent by accepting R\u00e5da Industries' Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The personal data that we may process about you includes, among other things, name, address, email address, personal identity number, grades, certificates, education and work experience, photograph, test results, information from background checks, information from referees (such as assessments and health, e.g., remarks regarding sick leave), as well as information necessary for the follow-up of the Service, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the event that you agree to be photographed or, without a request from R\u00e5da Industries, submit a photograph of yourself, you consent to R\u00e5da Pl\u00e5t processing such a photograph.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

R\u00e5da Industries may also ask you to provide additional personal data, but in such cases, you will specifically approve this. Such personal data provided\/processed through specific approval will also be covered by this Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Employees<\/strong>
The personal data we will process about you consists of, in addition to the information specified under (Candidate), contact details for next of kin, and salary and account details, among other things.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

R\u00e5da Industries may also need to process sensitive personal data about you, such as data concerning your health. Health data may, for example, need to be processed in order for R\u00e5da Industries to fulfill its obligations as an employer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Storage of personal data
How long personal data is stored depends on what personal data it concerns and the purpose of its processing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a general rule, R\u00e5da Pl\u00e5t will save personal data relating to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- tasks related to the application and recruitment process, during the current year for the most recent activity and thereafter for two (2) years
-customer and supplier agreements as well as information on business events, such as information on time reports, participants, assignments, salary, invoices, tax returns, financial statements, during the term of the agreement and thereafter for seven (7) years and
- control information, until R\u00e5da Pl\u00e5t's pension commitments have ceased.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Customer or supplier

Personal data is processed only for the purposes and objectives described in this Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

R\u00e5da Industries processes personal data only to the extent that such processing is necessary for the service\/product and for services provided by suppliers to R\u00e5da Industries or for such other purposes as set out below. This also applies to sensitive personal data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

R\u00e5da Industries processes personal data regarding customers' and suppliers' employees to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-you must be able to access the product or provide other services to R\u00e5da Industries

Such data consists of, among other things, name, address, e-mail address, title, areas of responsibility and other information necessary for the provision and follow-up of the product as well as to enable future business relationships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Suppliers<\/strong>
R\u00e5da Industries may process personal data of contact persons and other employees. Such personal data consists of, among other things, the information specified under (Customers) and (Candidate) and other information necessary for the provision and follow-up of the service\/product, to ensure a good delivery of services\/products to R\u00e5da Industries, and to enable future business relationships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a general rule, R\u00e5da Industries will save personal data that appears in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

R\u00e5da Pl\u00e5t employees and suppliers are bound by confidentiality agreements and are required to follow R\u00e5da Pl\u00e5t's rules for information and IT security, this Privacy Policy, and other internal regulations that further govern the processing of personal data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sharing of personal data outside of companies within R\u00e5da Industries
